Our Care + Clinical Process
THE NERVOUS SYSTEM BASED CLINICAL CARE PROCESS
Our first day of care is called your CONSULT where we will dive deep into your health history, listen to your story, and find the root cause of your/your child’s health challenges. We will also perform an INSIGHT neurological scan consisting of three tools (Thermal, HRV, and sEMG to help us look deeper.
Day TWO of your journey with us is your REPORT OF FINDINGS. This is when you will receive an individualized care plan to address your specific needs and goals. We use a neurologically-based care planning system backed by 1000+ Nervous System Chiropractors all across the world to harness your brain’s ability to heal.
Starting something new for you or your child can be intimidating especially if you’ve never experienced chiropractic before. Parents are happy to find adjustments are extremely gentle, fun, and full of laughs. What’s different about our care at TC Wellness Center is that we are entirely focused on the nervous system from beginning to end, with the goal of helping your nervous system run more efficiently. Our clinical care reflects a concept called Neuroplasticity – Which essentially is the ability of your Central Nervous System to regulate, grow, heal, and adapt well to stressors. By harnessing the brain’s power to adapt and heal, our body’s can do the work they do on a daily basis to keep us healthy.

Adult/Teen/Pediatric/Prenatal/Postpartum/Preconception/Athlete: $200
Plan for 40 minutes for this first visit.
For certain cases requiring extensive consultation, we will recommend an additional phone consult before the first visit to allow for the experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

This is your second visit to the office where we review pertinent health history, go over scans, reflect on goals, and review the plan to reach those goals. We will work WITH you to create the best plan for you.
If you choose to get adjusted at this visit, it is either a single cost visit ($70) or included in your care plan.

Our current single visit adjustment cost is $70 in office ($85 home visit) after the new patient process is completed.
Our care plans and wellness plans are often the better financial option in the long term as adjustments are further discounted in plans when additional members start at the same time.

Most often, care plans are the recommended course of action upon starting care based upon clinical data and health history. These plans are individualized meaning that their cost will vary depending on the case. These plans include both adjustments and rescans and are carefully formulated using a detailed neurological care-planning system backed by 1000+ nervous system specialists worldwide!
Once your nervous system function has stabilized and clinical measures support this, we often recommend wellness care to those who have completed their nervous system restoration care plan to continue supporting their nervous system. Visits vary from once a week to biweekly, but will adapt to your lifestyle and current needs. Our weekly wellness plans start at $260 per month. We also offer biweekly options.
We have family care plan discounts for those with children/dependents.

On our care plans, we typically schedule rescan procedures every 12 visits (about a month of care) to ensure change is occurring and to track progress.
This visit will include the full scan plus an additional review of any lifestyle changes, health changes, any concerns or new goals.
Rescan investment is $150 and these are included in care plan pricing. Discounted scans are included in our wellness and family plans also as life happens: growth spurts, falls, injuries, illness- scans help us to refocus and continue heading in the right direction.
